Hoop dancing strengthens core muscles. Improves Flexibility. Balance. Motor skills. Hand-eye Coordination. Endurance. This is for all ages!! I create a space to make all feel comfortable to play and learn new skills.
About me: I have been passionate about the hoop for over two years now, it has brough me a lot of joy and shown me a fun way to move the body. keep healthy and meet loads of wonderful people. I want to share my passion and hoop joy to inspire others and give them a fun creative outlet, to move the body, in a supportive environment and build community.
